(Not) Ready for My Close-Up!
Ack, I'm going to be on TV! I'm grateful to have been invited to appear on
novelist Toni Andrews show, So Many Books (CT public access, and check it out on Youtube!), but I'm sooo nervous, filming
tomorrow night. I know we'll have a lot of fun, so I'm trying not to worry. But there's that "camera adds
fifty pounds" thing. Yes, fifty. You may have heard ten-twenty, but trust me-- the camera adds fifty pounds. So when
you see me, that extra fifty pounds, so not me. Blame the camera.
Have you bought Naughty
or Nice yet? We'll be discussing it. And I think you may have picked it up, because it just went to a second printing.
Whooo, many thanks! I'll pop back in and let you know air dates when I know them. Cross your fingers for me not to say
something colossally stupid, because I have been known to do so. Believe it or not.
